1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyntaxSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or its services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to SyntaxSuite and the online developer tools made available through the website, including the JSON Formatter and related functionality.

2. Use of SyntaxSuite

SyntaxSuite provides online developer utilities intended to help users format, validate, beautify, minify, repair, view and work with structured data and other technical content.

You agree to use SyntaxSuite only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.

3. No Account Required

SyntaxSuite currently does not require users to create an account to use its core online tools.

We may introduce additional features or services in the future that may have separate requirements or terms.

4. Your Data and Input

SyntaxSuite's JSON Formatter is designed to perform its core formatting, validation, minification, repair and viewing operations directly in your browser.

You are responsible for the information and data you choose to enter into SyntaxSuite. You should not submit information that you are not authorized to use or process.

Although we design our tools to process supported operations locally where applicable, you remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and protecting sensitive information.

5. Accuracy of Results

SyntaxSuite tools are provided to assist with common developer tasks. While we aim to provide accurate and useful results, we do not guarantee that every result will be error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

In particular, automatically repairing malformed data may not be possible in every situation. You should review the output before using it in production systems or other important applications.

6. Intellectual Property

The SyntaxSuite website, branding, logo, design, text, software, interface and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SyntaxSuite unless otherwise stated.

You may use the tools for their intended purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit SyntaxSuite's website or proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

8. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep SyntaxSuite available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website or individual tools may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

9. Third-Party Services

SyntaxSuite may use third-party services in connection with website operations, analytics, advertising, hosting or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services that we do not control.
